| Doheny Beach in southern California is an excellent place to get good close up views of species such as Thayer's Gull, Glaucous-winged Gull and a seemingly endless array of "in-betweens" that seem hard to pin-point. Here are some shots taken by Alex Lees last November at Doheny. As always, we welcome input from our readers.
