Thanks to Randy, Matt, and Andy I saw the 3 Redheads at that pond.  That was much easier than sorting through all those Canvasbacks at Rehoboth.  The Ring-necked Duck is probably the same one that spent all of last winter and last summer in the same pond, I bet.  Also today I spotted a determined Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at the southwest end of Silverbrook Cemetery in Wilmington hammering away for 10 minutes at a very large tree.
