Subject: [Va-bird] Glaucous Gull at Pohick Bay Regional Park

I see this bird is continuing to be reported on eBird, but not so much on this list. FYI, it is still at Pohick Bay Reg Park. I took a lunch break and watched it for about 30 min around noon today.

The bird was holding station off of the "car top launch ramp" by the right (uh, starboard) buoy. The only time it did anything was when a Ring-billed Gull would fly near it and it would take off to chase that bird off. And then return near the buoy.
