Subject: Snowy owl seen

I saw a snowy owl on Jan 31 while driving down HW 14-16 in the vicinity of Barton Road ( near Arvada, WY). The bird flew from a fence post near the highway. The approximate milemarker was about mm 62. The bird was gone before I could stop and get a picture of it.
