I will resend
a message posted by Peter from Spain in the Bird forum, for wider sharing:
“Just
before Christmas there was a report from one of the WWF guardians at Merja
Zerga (Atlantic coast, Morocco)
of 2 Slender-billed Curlews with 6 Eurasian Curlews. It will be interesting to
see if anything comes of it... I am hoping to visit around the last week in
February!”

part I hope that the species is well identified and hopefully they took some
photographs as well.
