Word from folks at the lighthouse is that warblers are the newbies today, with up to 12 species so far (nothing rare, but Blackpoll always nice on the southwest side). BB Cuckoo, Lincoln's Sparrow, and the others still present as previously reported.

A check for the Green-tailed Towhee between 5:15 P.M. and 6:10 P.M. came up empty. We did have the Grasshopper Sparrow
and 2 Song Sparrows at the previous described location for the Green-tailed Towhee. Also had 2 American Bitterns flying at dusk
