BELVIDE BIRDING

A juvenile Greenshank was a new arrival also 6 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 LRP, 1 Curlew and 2 Dunlin were present. The 1st winter Mediterranean Gull was again at the west end. A Spotted Flycatcher was still along the south east bay, other migrants included 2 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Whitethroat and 4 Swift. 2 Shelduck, 1 Wigeon and 1 Goldeneye were also noted. The Water Rail was still showing well along the Gazebo bay.
