BELVIDE BIRDING

• Wednesday, June 7, 2006 - Belvide 7th June 2006 Sunny NW 2

A quick visit today produced the drake Garganey, a Little Ringed Plover was new in. Lapwing have built up to 110 also Coot numbers have risen to 200. A single Common Tern flew thru. A female Gadwall had the first brood of 9 chicks. A female Broad bodied chaser was also a first for the year.
