2 Garganey were still present at the west end. Greenshank are down to 5, also 3 Common Sand, 1 Dunlin, 1 Ringed Plover and 1 LRP. 6 Raven flew over the dam, the first sighting for several weeks.12 Common Tern were present along with the 2 well grown chicks.A single Yellow Wagtail was on the north shore and 30+ Swift were noted. The lesser Spotted Woodpecker was on the woodland feeding station early afternoon.The pesky immature female Peregrine was again terrorising the waders at the west end.
