New arrivals today included a juvenile Ruff and Black-tailed Godwit and a single Redshank. Also 7 Greensahank, 8 Common Sand and 1 Curlew.The juv Black-necked Grebe, 2 Garganey, 1 Goosander, 4 Wigeon and a Shelduck were present. A flock of 40 Tree Sparrow are starting to build up at the west end, also 4 Garden Warbler and 6 Spotted Flycatcher were seen.An adult Yellow-legged Gull dropped in late afternoon.
