BELVIDE BIRDING

A drake Ferruginous Duck I found late afternoon was a welcome addition to my Belvide year list until it decided to scratch its head to reveal a bright green ring on the right leg.an adult Black-necked Grebe has joined the juv bird also the 2 Garganey remain.An imm Marsh Harrier  flew thru to the south at 5.15pm. Waders present were 6 Greenshank, 3 Ringed Plover, 2 LRP, 4 Dunlin and 3 Common Sand.
