BELVIDE BIRDING

• Sunday, October 8, 2006 - Belvide Cloudy SSE 1-2

Bird of the day was a Grey Plover that flew thru at 8.50am, also the 4 Dunlin and single Ruff were still present. The 3 Stonechat remain along the north west shore. A skywatch off the dam betwenn 0745-0945 produced 126 Meadow Pipit, 41 Greenfinch, 64 Chaffinch, 5 Siskin, 22 Pied Wagtail, 10 Skylark, 7 Mistle Thrush, 44 House Martin and 2 Swallow all moving in a south,south west direction. 67 GC Grebe, 32 Cormorant and an immature female Peregrine were also present this morning.
