BELVIDE BIRDING

| A female Merlin flew south west at 4pm. 2 Water Rail were chasing each other infront of the Scott hide at dusk. 5 Dunlin dropped in just before dusk. Goldeneye have noticably dropped in number with just 26 counted, also 3 drake Goosander were seen this morning. 400 Fieldfare were below the dam. The male Blackcap was seen again by the car park. The gull roost was pretty poor with just 260 LBB Gulls, 2 Herring Gull, 1 GBB Gull and 1500 BH Gulls. |
