BELVIDE BIRDING

A Woodcock flew over the car park at dusk and 2 Little Owls in their usual tree were new additions to the Belvide year list. The gull roost held 3 Yellow-legged Gulls 2 adults and a 3rd winter also 2000 LBB Gull. 51 Goldeneye were counted at dusk also 134 Wigeon was the highest count so far this winter. 59 Pochard were also present and 6 Lesser Redpoll still along the south east bay. 1000+ Starling roosted infront of Scott hide and Gazebo bay also 2 Water Rail still.
