BELVIDE BIRDING

• Wednesday, March 14, 2007 - Belvide Fair W 1

The first Wheatear of the spring was seen today also at least 8 Chiffchaff still. A Green Sandpiper has been on the north shore the last 2 days also 1 Dunlin, 3 Redshank, 4 Oystercatcher and 31 Snipe. 12 Buzzard were counted around the reserve. 2 Water Vole were again seen along the west end ditch. Nice to see Mr Roper back on the scene, hope you are well.
