2 new arrivals today, firstly an adult Little Gull flew in at 10am, was present to 3pm at least and a smart male Yellow Wagtail was on the north shore. The adult and juvenile Tawny Owl still showing well in the reservoir plantation and the 2 pairs of Little Owls still. The Redwing reappeared again in the west marsh. 203 Tufted Duck, 29 Teal, 5 Wigeon and 4 Shoveler were counted. This evening 64 Goldeneye had gathered to roost and as I was walking back thru the wood 2 Tawny Owl chicks were seen.
