BELVIDE BIRDING

Today saw 2 drake Garganey (photo) present who were quiet content displaying to female Teal. The Greenshank was still present with 4 Common Sandpiper, 2 LRP, 1 Redshank and 6 Oystercatcher. A Hobby was seen a couple of times thia afternoon. A Yellow Wagtail was in the west marsh, 3 Common Tern were present also 12 Teal, 1 Wigeon, 1 Goldeneye, 4 Shelduck, 4 Shoveler and 3 Pochard were counted. The adult and 2 juvenile Tawny Owls are still present in the reservoir plantation.
