BELVIDE BIRDING

• Sunday, May 13, 2007 - Belvide Heavy Rain ENE 2-3

What a miserable day its been with some torrential rain at times. The Greenshank was still present along with 2 Redshank, 7 Dunlin, 1 Ringed Plover and 3 LRP. The national duck count produced 1 Goldeneye, 1 Wigeon, 2 Pochard, 32 Tufted Duck, 21 Gadwall, 29 Mallard, 4 Shoveler, 36 GC Grebe and 172 Coot.
