BELVIDE BIRDING

• Tuesday, July 10, 2007 - Belvide Overcast NW 2-3

A superb Long Eared Owl was found roosting in the south east bay scrub this afternoon and was a new bird for the year. This is the fourth year running that LEO's have been seen at Belvide during the summer months. A juvenile Shelduck was also a new arrival and 4 Common Sandpiper were along the dam wall.
