BELVIDE BIRDING

• Saturday, October 6, 2007 - Belvide Overcast E 1

A Rock Pipit was heard only above the Scott hide. The Grey Plover remains infront of the Gazebo hide also 2 Golden Plover, 1 Ringed Plover and a Green Sandpiper seen. The juvenile Goosander (photo) and Goldeneye were still present. 24 Grey Heron at the west end was a note worthy total. A single Chiffchaff was the only summer migrant seen today. 6 Siskin flew over this morning.
