A skywatch off the dam between 0730-0930 produced 1 Swallow, 456 Wood Pigeon, 323 Redwing, 51 Fieldfare, 182 Starling, 23 Chaffinch, 10 Meadow Pipit, 3 Yellowhammer and 1 Siskin.

A male Stonechat (photo) was by the bryant hide this morning also a Rock Pipit flew over. 147 Golden Plover were on the north shore. A Little Owl was near hawkshutt farm (west end) and the first one I have seen at this end of the reservoir for several years. 19 Goldeneye and 124 Wigeon were counted.
