BELVIDE BIRDING

• Wednesday, October 24, 2007 - Belvide Cloudy E 1-2

314 Golden Plover and a single Dunlin were on the north shore. A male Stonechat was also on the north shore this morning. Ted Bundy our nasty Great Black Backed Gull had a female Ruddy Duck for his tea. Goldeneye have increased to 35 also Wigeon are up to 147. An adult Yellow-legged Gull and 8 Common Gull roosted this evening. 12 Siskin were along the Gazebo bay. An immature male Peregrine was seen this afternoon.
