BELVIDE BIRDING

• Friday, October 26, 2007 - Belvide Overcast S 1

3 Brambling were in the reservoir plantation late morning. An adult Yellow-legged Gull dropped in early afternoon. 316 Golden Plover and a single Dunlin were on the north shore. An immature Peregrine with a white darvic ring on its left leg was sat on the south shore. Unfortunatley I could only read the letter F before it was chased off by Crows. Coot numbers remain high with 962 present.
