BELVIDE BIRDING

The Barn Owl was hunting the north west shore from 4.45pm. The 1st winter drake Scaup was still present also 57 Wigeon and 6 Shoveler were counted. A single Sand Martin was at the west end this afternoon and a Chiffchaff was singing in the reservoir plantation. The gull roost held 2 2nd winter Yellow-legged Gulls, 4 Herring Gulls, 70 LBB Gulls, 1 GBB Gull and 1000+ BH Gulls. 6 Oystercatcher were still present.
