BELVIDE BIRDING

• Monday, March 31, 2008 - Belvide Fair S 2

The first Willow Warbler and House Martin were seen today, also a Blackcap was heard in the reservoir plantation. The Black-necked Grebe was still present also the drake Scaup. Little Grebe have increased to 4 and 124 Tufted Duck were counted. A pair of Little Owl were showing well in the usual spot just south of the reserve. Only 4 Wigeon and 2 Pochard remain.
