BELVIDE BIRDING

• Tuesday, April 1, 2008 - Belvide Cloudy W 5

The Black-necked Grebe was still present but there was no sign of the drake Scaup today. A Blackcap was still singing in the reservoir plantation and a female Brambling was at the woodland feeding station. A Green Woodpecker flew over the reservoir mid afternoon. 25 Shoveler, 10 Wigeon and 8 Teal were counted.
