BELVIDE BIRDING
• Monday, April 7, 2008 - Belvide Wintery Showers NW 2
| 350+ Sand Martin were present but only 5 Swallow and 4 House Martin weer seen. Other summer migrants included 2 Willow Warbler, 13 Chiffchaff and 3 Blackcap. A single Curlew flew thru mid afternoon also 2 Redshank and 15 Snipe were on the north shore. At least 50 Goldeneye were still present. 2 Little Owl were showing well by the nest box. |
