BELVIDE BIRDING

• Monday, May 5, 2008 - Belvide Light Rain NW 1

A Sandwich Tern dropped in briefly around 12.30pm when it was chased off by Common Terns. Unfortunately it was missed by both me and Kevin Clements, which wasn't deserved after birding the place since 6.15am. 3 Arctic Tern were present between 6.30-8.30am and an adult Kittiwake flew thru to the west at 10.40am. 10 Dunlin had passed thru during the morning also a single Common Sandpiper was present. The 2 Goldeneye and drake Wigeon remain.
