BELVIDE BIRDING

• Sunday, July 6, 2008 - Belvide Rain SW-SE 3

3 Black-tailed Godwit were new arrivals on what seemed to be part of a noticeable movement of the species in surrounding inland counties today. 2 Redshank, 5 Common Sandpiper and 5 LRP were also present. The first brood of 5 Gadwall chicks were noted today. Finally  the 127 Mute Swan present is a new Belvide record total.
