BELVIDE BIRDING

• Monday, July 14, 2008 - Belvide Overcast W 2

A Little Egret was at the west this morning but there was no sign this afternoon. The juvenile Redstart was still present in the hedge behind the new hide. LRP have increased to 7 also 9 Common Sandpiper and a single Oystercatcher were present. 5 Shoveler and 3 Teal were noted. A Hobby flew south early afternoon.

A ringing session is planned this wednesday evening from 4pm-9pm.
