An adult Arctic Tern dropped in this afternoon during the rain, but flew off at 4.50pm. 2 Redstart an adult female and a juvenile were present. The juvenile was still along the ringing rides in the south east bay and the female was in the hedge behind the new hide. 11 Common Sandpiper, 5 LRP and a single Oystercatcher were the only waders present. The Mute Swan flock has increased to 138.

The ringing group have a session planned for tomorrow 5-10am weather permitting
