BELVIDE BIRDING

• Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - Belvide Afternoon Snow N 2

This afternoon the weather was atrocious. I can't ever remember snow in October. It certainly hampered viewing with not much to report. However 3 Whooper Swans were reported on the pager late morning but there was no sign this afternoon. 14 Golden Plover, 1 Stonechat and 2 Shelduck was all us hardy souls could muster in the gloom.
