After the grim weather of Sunday (bird race day) the weather improved slightly for Monday, with a decent spell of sunshine. Around the lake there was some decent birds to be seen despite the dogs and kids running amok everywhere. A brief glimpse of a Kingfisher.  One of several Spotted Flycatchers flitting about in the trees. A Grey wagtail lurking by the lakeside. Little and large, Hobby and Osprey. |
