On the coast - Ringsted & White Nothe - 7:55 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2006

Parked in the NT car park, down to the beach for a swim and then up the Smugglers path to the top of White Nothe. Hard going in the heat (nearly 30'C) but luckily there was an easterly breeze off the sea to keep us cool. Lots of Marbled Whites about and a few assorted Skippers.
