A still, hot and humid day. The Broad-leaved helleborines at Holt forest had gone to seed and were about half their usual height (another victim of the heatwave?). Holt Heath provided several good sightings of Silver-studded blues.  Silver-studded blue (female)  Silver-studded blue (male) |
