Hartland Moor - a few small birds - 4:11 PM, Friday, August 25, 2006

An early start to to catch the best of the weather, resulted in the best of the weather catching out the early starter and nearly baking him. The Moor can get very hot, very quickly. The best sighting was a distant Marsh harrier sitting atop one of the telegraph poles that cross the Moor.
