Poole Harbour - Ower Passage - 6:20 PM, Saturday, November 18, 2006 |
A cool sunny day, frost on the ground in the morning. No sign of the Bittern at Hatch Pond. Drove round to Studland (still no ferry) and walked out to Ower Passage. Good views of the waders on the mudflats as the tide dropped. A Buzzard  Widgeon flying over Ower Bay  An Exmoor pony (N.T.) on Greenlands Farm pastures. |
