Battered by stormy winds and heavy rains the countryside is starting to get very soggy, definitely 'welly weather'. Very few birds out at sea, but Middlebere still has a Red-breasted goose mixing in with the Brents and a Harrier of one sort or another can usually be viewed from the hide.![]() Rainbow at Durlston ![]() A female Marsh Harrier hunting over the Middlebere reedbeds ![]() A flock of Avocets and Godwits disturbed by the Harrier |
