Upton Country Park - Fungi - 9:25 PM, Thursday, August 28, 2008

It looks like this year will be good year for fungi as a trip round the local park produced a good selection sprouting up from various dark corners. Below are a few of the more easily identifiable species.

Shaggy Parasol Mushroom (Macrolepiota rachodes)

Collared Earthstar (Geastrum triplex)

Blushing Wood mushroom (Agaricus sylvaticus)
