Besançon, Birding and Sketching

• Wednesday 1 August 2007 - Osselle field painting.

Seeing as it was a nice day, I finally got round to doing some painting outside, at the gravel pits at Osselle.

Birds seen were:

1 adult Black-headed Gull, 1 adult Common Tern, a pair of Pochards, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Common Sandpiper, 3 Black Kites, 1 male Cirl Bunting, 1 Melodious Warbler and 2 Red-backed Shrikes.
