Saturday 24 May 2008 - Chapelle des Buis - 23/05/08

Just a quick hike up to the top of the hills resulted in a flyover Black Woodpecker a singing Redstart, Bonelli's Warbler heard, 2 Hawfinches, Marsh Tit, 2 Goldfinches, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Black Kites and some recently fledged Great Tits. In the morning there was a fledgling Starling at Orchamps.

In La Grotte St Leonard there was a Wren's nest and some large unidentified bats flying and hanging upside down near the entrance.
