Saturday, August 16, 2008 - [Bird Snapping] Buzzards on the increase, Kestrels decrease.

A report in The Independent, quoting BTO statistics, states that compared to 1991, Buzzards in the UK are increasing while Kestrels are facing a decline in abundance.
