October 16, 2006 - carmo's gonna kill me!

Well it had to be done! Finally went to Cape for the baltimore oriole this morning, and got good but brief views of it mid morning.  Also caught up with the cracking male red-breasted flycatcher and a juvenile red-backed shrike, with a flyover red-throated pipit too! So now just 5 behind ya carmo!!

Whats up with those funky patch stats percentages? Explanations por favor?

October 17, 2006 - patch stats

patch stats is based on the patch total for last year - last year I had 136 sp at Galley which is 100% for this year - i.e. so far I've had 132 sp, which is (132/136 x 100) 97.06% of last year's total. De 5 other sites involved are North & South Donmouth & Collieston from NE Scotland, Folkestone cliffs in Kent and Lough Beg in de north. Simple really!
