Four lapwings over Long Strand this afternoon was only the second sighting of the year.  Nothing else doing at Galley although the plastic owl in Baltimore was showing well this morning!!

Hope that you get a location for this check on your blog...Easter Island? All well here but few birds...and landbirds introduced but seabirds save the day! Again.

So that's where you ended up, good to hear from you, nice place! Still ticking over in Scotland here, drawn back eventually after two brilliant years in Czech Rep. Have a great "Hogmannay"....will try keep the blog up and running......rares few and far between here but have heard the feeders in Nethybridge are pretty good for Evening Grosbeak!
