A wander round Galley this afternoon produced 2 collared doves  and a wheatear at Shite Lane, however this was rather overshadowed by news of SIX glossy ibis over Farranfore (Kerry) this morning! Ah, well, at least collared dove was a year tick! (85).

Yeah, that news put my Gropper, 9-10+ House Martins and 1 Blackcap at the Old Head into perspective too...
Still, Gropper was a year tick, which was nice!

I guess that puts my silky starling and violet-backed starling into perspective last sunday aswell...oh well. At least that langer isn't seeing rares on Cape...damn it!!!! another Shore lark, a tree pipit, and goddamn DOTTEREL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIFER....COL, go and find something to piss de langer off

not to mention de hoopoe that he found too! Still, at least he is orf de island for the weekend so thats summat i spose! Does 6 wheatears count as finding something? Thought not!
