The adult laughing gull was at Rosscarbery again this afternoon, showing well, out in the middle of the bay, in with a group of cormorants. An adult ring-billed gull was also present there. The female pochard reported yesterday on Kilkeran Lake was back again this afternoon (59). |

| how many laughers have I missed now??? Tell Claire I'm well jealous she got to see Chomsky talk. He's a genius. I downloaded his speech and an interview with Dunphy so it's on my iPod. Listening to it as I go into work at the moment. Off to Hokkaido on Thurs...can't wait. What else is new with you? |

Hi Mark,
Dunphy, eh? He didn't make Chomsky sing 'Raglin Road' or ask inappropriate questions about sex, did he, or was that confined to his TV chat show...?
There has been a Franklin's in Cork too, at Carrigaline, but not seen today (found there Sunday).

| hey pariah - i don't know anyone who'd be going down but he could always get de bus from Cork to Ross and back - they is regular enuff on a satday at least! Times available on de net - bus eireinninean innit! |
