Thank you for all the sightings whilst I was away in Extremadura. These will be entered over the next few days.  If you do have sightings for this period that I haven't received please send them to me and I will include them on this site.

 

CWP 32 1 pair of Oystercatcher (mating) and 6 Common tern (mating) (Ali Swainston)

 

CWP 79   1 pair each of Gadwall, Shelduck and Shoveler.  10+ Tufted Duck, 3 Canada Goose, 2 Moorhen, 1m Reed Bunting, 2 Little Ringed Plover and 1 Lapwing (Gareth Harris)

 

CWP 31  1 Little Grebe, 5+ Reed Warbler, 1m Reed Bunting, 2 Sedge Warbler and 35+ Starling (Gareth Harris)

 

CWP 46/48 At least seven Nightingales in hedges, with Garden Warbler there as well.  (Ian Ralphs per Gloster Birder).

 

CWP 57 (south side) A Hobby seen chasing insects on foot on bare ground. (Ian Ralphs per Gloster Birder).

 

CWP 57/58  At least a dozen Common Terns and an Arctic Tern, later a very brief fly-through of an adult Little Gull and two Hobbies(Ian Ralphs per Gloster Birder).

 

CWP 79 A pair of Little Ringed Plovers and a Peregrine. (Ian Ralphs per Gloster Birder).

 

CWP16 at least 23 Common Terns, two Arctic Terns and a first-winter Little Gull. (Ian Ralphs per Gloster Birder).
