CWP 95: 3 Redshank (1 pair displaying); Lapwing (8 incubating birds and territorial); male Shoveler; 2 male Garganey;    2 Black Headed Gull mobbing a heron and defending a possible nest site;  Tufted Duck (5 pairs + 2M);   Gadwall (4 pairs + 5M);  12 male Mallard (and brood of 40; Dunlin in summer plumage;  3 Moorhen;  1 male Cetti's Warbler;   1 male Garden Warbler;   Ringed Plover;   Canada Goose (brooding or incubating); 4 Mute Swan;  2 Grey Heron;   2male Skylark;  1 male Reed Bunting and Yellowhammer (2 different territories, presumed 2 pairs) (Gareth Harris)

CWP 104:  43 Mute Swan;  Reed Bunting (17 males); male Chiffchaff; 2 Kingfisher;  1 male Red Crested Pochard;  11  Tufted Duck;  2 male Blackcap;  great crested grebe (1 pair); Coot with brood of 3; 2 male Song Thrush; 5+ Greenfinch; 2 Greylag Goose (brood of 5); 2 Greylag Goose ( brood of 4);  2 male Garden Warbler; Oystercatcher;  2 Canada Goose  (brood of 1);   2 Canada Goose (brood of 4) and Great Spotted Woodpecker (Gareth Harris)

 

 

River Coln / Fairford: Kingfisher  (1 pair);  2 male Chiffchaff;  2 male Song Thrush and 2 male Reed Bunting (Gareth Harris)
