CWP 12: Swallow (yes that did say Swallow!) seen flying at head height at 1405, heading west south-west towards CWP 16. (Chris Walker).
Is this the latest Autumn record or the earliest spring record??!!!???
On 17 December 2006 during a WeBs count a second Great Northern Diver was seen at CWP 125 in the eastern section of the Water Park. (Graham and Phil Deacon)
It is not known if this bird is still present and it should be pointed out that this lake is very difficult to observe and care should be taken not to block roads or driveways.
