CWP 46/48:  Pair of nightingale, sedge warbler, lesser whitethroat, snipe, yellow wagtail, 5 willow warbler, 7 chiffchaff, 12 reed bunting, c10 large red damselfly, 7 orange tip, 5 brimstone, peacock, small tortoiseshell, 3 small white, Blackcap Nick Adams,  Angela and Steve Pomfret

Blackcaps present in good numbers today, a definite increase. Raven soaring over Ashton Keynes village this afternoon attended closely by 3 Common Buzzards. The latter stayed below the raven which called frequently as it drifted west.  John Grearson
